Returns

If the kit arrives damaged or is the wrong item, email wmrprosolutions@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

If you change your mind, you can return an unused kit within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping. Once we have it back, we refund the .99.

Opened or used kits are not returned except when damaged or wrong.

We do not take returns on items shipped more than 30 days ago.

Cancellations

Email us before the order has shipped and we will cancel and refund. After it ships, use the return steps above.
